I have been looking at ways to get my Blog/Forum site turned into a paid site. Is there anyone else out there who has been through this who is willing to offer up some free advice?

I started reading reviews on the Giantbomb site this summer. I'm still blown away that the Whiskey Media sites are so young. Giantbomb provides content in a much more interesting and user friendly way than sites that I've been frequenting for years. Keep up the great work guys!

The Whiskey sites have pulled my love of movies, comics, and video games in a way that I never thought possible. I hope I speak for all of the whiskey community when I say I can't wait to see what kind of crazy ideas you guys'll pull off successfully next year.

Thanks for the update WM, great job on getting the people to sign up!
And thank you for sharing the numbers with us I know that is hard to do in the internet business to just share you numbers like that.
But that is why we love WM, you guys and girls are open and with that you show that you care.

Btw I have a small suggestion for you, right now their no way for a "random visitor" to see that their is an paid part WM and what that can do for a "regular" user.
Maybe something on very front page from a WM website so that people see:
"Hey do you like what we do and want to help us out, become a paid member".
"And here is why".
add free
WM can stay in business
Control and power at WM and its users/members

I understand that you do not want to bombard and heiress people with it on every page and every click, but now if I was a "regular/random" visitor I would have no idea that its even possible to help you guys out.

Keep updating the blog and continue the great work across all the websites and we'll keep watching, writing and viewing WM's websites.
